United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime
Conducts research and analytical work to increase knowledge and understanding of drugs and crime issues and expand the evidence base for policy and operational decisions. The UNODC also  assists States in the ratification and implementation of the relevant international treaties, the development of domestic legislation on drugs, crime and terrorism, and the provision of secretariat and substantive services to the treaty-based and governing bodies

International Court of Justice
The Court’s role is to settle, in accordance with international law, legal disputes submitted to it by States and to give advisory opinions on legal questions referred to it by authorized United Nations organs and specialized agencies

• United Nations Survey on Crime Trends adn the Operations of Criminal Justice Systems - UNODC
  Comprehensive survey of international crime trends; last complete survey: 7th (1998-2000); reporting/dissemination for the 8th-10th still in progress.

• World Prison Population List (11th edition)
  The Institute for Criminal Policy Research generates the World Prison Brief database with national totals of prison populations.  Other publications are freely available from the International Centre for Prison Studies

• World Drug Report 2016 - UN Office on Drugs & Crime (UNODOC)
  Comprehensive and balanced information about the world drug problem.

• UNODC Statistics Online
  Database gathering national statistics on crime, criminal justice, drug trafficking and prices, drug production, and drug use.  detailing the statistics on all of the drug markets. It allows the data to be filtered by various parameters (for example Region, Country and/or Drug)

• UN.Gift - UNODC
  Publications from various UN-related agencies, filled with statistics on the issue of global human trafficking.

  Includes links to the UN Office on Drugs & Crime, international research institutes affiliated with the UN, and a listing of foreign national websites that provide national crime or justice statistics.
