  • Make an appointment - we can meet in person, by phone, or online using Zoom. The Make an Appointment link gives you access to times she is available.
  • Through NUSearch you can request that materials be mailed to your home (scroll to read about off-campus delivery).  Delivery to the NU Library of your choice for pick up is also an option.
  • Use Interlibrary Loan for materials not available in the NU Libraries - articles/chapters will be delivered in digital format;  books can be mailed to your home address (scroll to read about Off-Campus Delivery)

Home delivery of library resources is provided upon request.  You will need to set this up under your profile in your library account.  From any page on the NU Libraries website, use the YOUR ACCOUNT link at the top right of the display [as shown in the image below].  Sign in using your Northwestern NetID and password.

In your account there are five tabs - select PERSONAL DETAILS AND SETTINGS to edit your name and address.

You will also need to set preference in your InterLibrary Loan account to have print materials mailed to your home address.  Articles requested through InterLibrary Loan will be delivered digitally.

Navigate to your InterLibrary Loan account from the OVERVIEW tab of your Library account homepage

Once connected to your InterLibrary Loan account, use the MY ACCOUNT option to select UPDATE ACCOUNT.

Review and edit the information, paying particular attention to the DELIVERY LOCATION option.
