The equipment listed below is available for NU faculty, students, and staff. Equipment may be checked out for a three day loan from the Northwestern University Library Circulation Desk.

Sennheiser ew 100 ENG G3 Wireless Microphone Combo System

Specifications: The UHF wireless microphone system features 1,680 tunable frequencies, 21 frequency banks and 12 frequency presets per bank. This package conveniently includes the EK 100 G3 camera mount receiver, SK 100 G3 bodypack transmitter with ME 2 lavalier and SKP 100 G3 plug-on transmitter in one package. The EK 100 G3 receiver is made of a durable metal enclosure and features a full functional LED display. The receiver features a 1/8" unbalanced TRS mini output for quick connection to camcorders. 1. Eligibility: Equipment loans are free of charge and available only to current faculty, students, and staff with valid Wildcards. Only the borrower may handle or use the equipment while it is on loan.  Equipment is lent to an individual who assumes the financial risk for the complete equipment set until all equipment is returned.

2.  Equipment usage:  Equipment is available for curricular and extra-curricular purposes.  Equipment may be used both on-campus and off-campus. All patrons are expected to adhere to all computing policies as described at  Northwestern University Library assumes no liability for misuse of borrowed equipment.

3. Equipment pick up and return:  Equipment may be checked out at the Northwestern University Library Circulation Desk. If equipment is not available a hold may be placed on the item. Equipment cannot be booked or reserved in advance. Proxy users will not be permitted to pick up or drop off equipment. Equipment may not be returned at any other location - only at the Northwestern University Library Circulation Desk. Equipment must be picked up and returned during open hours, 8:30-110:30 pm Sunday-Thursday, 8:30am-9pm on Friday, and 10am-9pm on Saturday.  
4. Loan period: The loan period is three days.  Once equipment is returned and checked by staff, an item may be borrowed again if it has not been requested by another user.
6. Signed statement:  Patrons are required to sign a statement acknowledging receipt of the equipment and the terms of the loan before equipment is lent - including financial responsibility for damaged or lost equipment and fees for late return.  Equipment will be checked by Circulation staff to confirm its good condition before loan is made.  
7. Fines and Fees: Patrons are financially liable for any items not returned on time or returned requiring repair or replacement. For items not returned on time, a late fine of $10 per day will accrue for the first week. The full replacement cost will be charged for all equipment not returned by one week after its due date.
a. All fines related to repair and replacement costs will be charged to the library account of the  person who checked out the equipment.  
b. If not paid at the library replacement costs will be billed to Student Accounts.
8. Return:  When equipment is returned, Circulation staff will inspect all equipment for visual damage or missing items.   Equipment return may take up to 10 minutes to check all equipment components and cables. The patron is expected to stay until the return process is complete and the return receipt is generated. Patrons are financially liable for any missing cables or components, including items or damage discovered after the generation of the return receipt.
