McCormick Library Public Services Guide: Accessing Materials

This guide seeks to assist users in registering and requesting materials.

This guide is not meant to replace contacting us personally, but if you find yourself wanting to do this work outside of business hours, hopefully this guide will help navigate some of the pain points.

If asked to provide a password anywhere in this guide, the password is 'chuck'.

Need assistance downloading your delivered items?

 

Go to https://aeon.library.northwestern.edu/ and login to your account. Click on 'My Account' and select 'Electronically Delivered Items' from the dropdown menu. The files will be here.

And please don't feel badly. This is hidden and I have no idea why.

Interested in working with Archives photo files?
