Key Information:

Please allow 48 hours advance notice for laptop pickup requests. If you request an item that is unavailable, you will be added to the wait-list. Before each checkout, we will ask you to sign the Tech Equipment Lending Agreement. Items must be picked up from and returned to the owning library.

LAPTOPS ARE ONLY KEPT ON HOLD FOR THREE DAYS

IMPORTANT:  If you know that you no longer need to borrow a requested item, please login to your Library Account and delete the request.  This will help us get these devices more quickly to your peers for their projects.

Available Windows 10 Laptops and Information:

• Windows 10 Laptops
• Available Laptop Software

Dell laptops (various models with Windows 10) are available for both short term and long term loans. There are a limited number available, and they are loaned on a first-come, first-served basis. 

• 14-day loan: available to faculty, students, and staff with a valid Wildcard.

• Quarter loan: available only to Northwestern students, these laptops are due the Monday after finals end

*Laptops are checked out with a carrying case, power adapter, and charging cable.

**ONLY ONE IPAD OR ONE LAPTOP MAY BE CHECKED OUT SIMULTANEOUSLY TO ANY USER.
