To access your printing account or print from your laptop, log in with your NetID and password at print.northwestern.edu.
Printing costs are deducted from your Cat Cash (Wildcard) account. Add funds through the GET application.
Staff and faculty can print in the library for free, using Mobility Print. Follow instructions for How to Print, but you do not need to add funds to Cat Cash. Users will have to install Mobility Print before their first print.
Follow the same procedures as student printing. Add funds through the GET application. If you encounter any technical issues adding funds, email catcash@northwestern.edu to tell them you want to add funds to your Cat Cash account, the exact error message you received, and provide your EmplID and NetID. CatCash is managed by NUDining, who can resolve all matters involving accounts needing to add print funds.
Go to print.northwestern.edu and log in with your NetID and password.
Please note: Northwestern Print is only available over the Northwestern network (wired, wireless, and VPN) and is not available over the Guest-Northwestern wireless network. Help connecting to the Northwestern network can be found on the NUIT website or by requesting assistance from the NUIT Support Center.
Please note: Your Northwestern Print Balance expires when your NetID expires. The Libraries do not give cash refunds for print jobs or for unused balances. In the case of a printer error, reprints can be made at the Main Library Information Commons desk, or refunded to your Northwestern Print Balance.
