Conducting Sociological Research Remotely

Researching at NU Remotely

While a good amount of research is conducted online and remotely, our current circumstances have created a situation where we have to adapt to almost exclusively remote research. The libraries have limited in-person services right now, but we are still working to support your research virtually. Below are links to resources to help get you started and provide information about current library services. You can always contact me directly with any questions.

Research Guides

We have research guides for every subject on campus as well as topic-based guides, and how-to guides

Research Methods

In a time when your research path may have to be adjusted, Sage Research Methods may be helpful in identifying alternative methods and other tools.
