Installing Plug-in
To use Zotero to format bibliographies and documents in Microsoft Word or Open Office you need to first install the word plug-in. To do this go to the word processor plug in installation page at http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation and download the correct plug-in.
You should now see the following Zotero toolbar in Word or Open Office:
