Welcome, First-Year Seminar course instructors!

The various tabs on this library research guide, or libguide, related to the research process, include instructional templates, videos, and some activities that may be used synchronously, or asynchronously, to support the learning goals of your course. 

These are example materials that have been used successfully in some first-year and other courses.  There are many other possible approaches as well.  Within the "Libguides" platform, a librarian can create a research guide tailored for your course.  Keep in mind that a course libguide would not include all or even most of this content.  It would be more brief.
