- How to Find Documentary Films at NU LibraryThis is a step-by-step help guide with screenshots for those searching for films for which the library has access. Course Coordinators: this guide explains how to share the film's Permalink with members enrolled in your course. Each person may then view the film on their own computer or device by logging in with their NetID and password and completing the multi-factor authentication step. Non-documentary films: these instructions and Permalink access are relevant for films in NU's other film databases as well.

External Sites
There are some websites that indicate where specific films are available to stream. One such site is justwatch.com Justwatch lists whether a film is included as part of a subscription (to a service like Prime or Netflix) or if it is available to rent (through Prime, VUDU, Google Play, etc.). OLLI course members can watch films independently on their devices and then convene to discuss them in their course.
