December 12, 2002 and ongoing. Includes member websites of from the House of Representatives and Senate, from the end of the 107th Congress through the 112th Congress. Congressional Committee websites are updated monthly.

Collected each 4 years since 2008, at the end of each Presidential term, contains federal government websites (.gov, .mil, etc) in the Legislative, Executive, or Judicial branches of the government. Websites that were at risk of changing (i.e., whitehouse.gov) or disappearing altogether during government transitions were captured. The 2016 EOT crawl contains over 200 Terabytes of websites and data, which includes over 350 URLs/files.

To provide permanent public access to Federal Agency Web content, the Federal Depository Library Program harvests selected U.S. Government Web sites in their entirety. Access to these sites is made available through links in our online public access catalog, the Catalog of U. S. Government Publications http://catalog.gpo.gov.
