Step 1 - Print

Print Constituent Map to match people/degrees to library ledger/liaison lines. Faculty titles and undergraduate degrees and graduate program names are not always obvious matches to each other or to library lines.

Step 3 - GRADUATE & PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS

Full & Part-time Enrollments via both TGS and the Professional Schools
Check in Nov and May/June
 

Students can enroll in programs of the professional schools either via The Graduate School (TGS) or the particular professional school itself.  For numbers of students in professional schools, both of the following must be used and the numbers added together.

1. To go "Northwestern Data Book" (Institutional Research)

2. Scroll to "Students - Enrollment"

3. To obtain WCAS department statistics, add:

a. Doctoral Degree Enrollments by Program

b. Masters Degree Enrollments by Program

4.  To obtain enrollments via the professional schools, add:

a. Doctoral Degree Enrollments by Program

b. Masters Degree Enrollments by Program

c. Opening Fall Enrollments for the table “Graduate & Professional” to get enrollments in schools that are through TGS.

Step 2 - FACULTY

Tenured, Tenure-track and Full-time Non-Track
Check for updates in Fall (about Oct)
 

1. To go "Northwestern Data Book" (Institutional Research)

2. Scroll to "Faculty"

3. Use Women Faculty by School & Rank.  It is the only one that counts full-time faculty (tenured, tenure-tracked, and non-track) in both schools as well as WCAS departments. Save as an Excel file.  Use total figures found in the column "All."

Step 4 - UNDERGRADUATE DEGREES CONFERRED

Degrees Conferred by Programs, Departments, and Schools
Check for updates in November

2. Scroll to "Degrees"

3. Use Bachelors Degrees by School & Program
