Using NUcat, the online catalog, to look up or identify a book

To determine whether the library owns a particular book, use NUcat, the catalog of all the Northwestern University libraries.

NUcat can be searched by a number of criteria, including author, title, subject and call number, and there are several different options for searching with keywords.

For more information about how to search the catalog, the NUcat Help Pages can be useful. You can also get assistance by Asking a Librarian.
