ebook collections through NUL that allow downloads

Ebrary and EBSCOhost Ebook Collection are collections of ebooks that allow you to download content to readers and other devices. There are records in NUcat: the library catalog for ebooks that we have access through these collections.

NOTE: All require installing the free software Adobe Digital Editions in order to download content.

    Things to Remember

    • Not all books are available in eBook format
    • The majority of eBooks available at NUL are scholarly, not popular
    • All eBooks are available to view online using your web browser
    • To access eBooks, you will need to go through the library's website and log in using your netID and password
    • Each eBook platform has different rules for downloading, copying, and printing content
    • Not every eBook is available to download and read offline.
    • If you're looking for leisure reading titles that are not available at NUL, check Evanston Public Library or Chicago Public Library
