Awards and Recognition: Outstanding Team Award


Outstanding Team Award is given to a group of employees who:

  • Worked together toward a distinctive result or product that made a significant impact on library goals
  • Built effective collaborative relationships across different groups within the organization to define and solve problems or reach agreements on a course of action while considering multiple perspectives
  • Accepted responsibility and accountability in helping to advance library goals
  • Placed team goals above personal goals while achieving a distinctive result or product


Winners receive lunch at Allen Center with work group leader, portfolio holder, and the Dean.
