In an effort to create an atmosphere conducive to positive, strengths-based, organizational change, the Staff Development Committee (SDC) presents to you StrengthsFinder 2.0!
SDC rolled out the assessment to a pilot group of staff, but it has grown to about 75% of staff members having taken the assessment at this time. There have been large group and small group discussions. Additionally, there are staff members that have been trained to lead small groups in StrengthsFinder based activities. The committee will be continuing to implement these assessments and accompanying workshops, seminars, activities, etc as part of the library's ongoing Culture Change Initiative.
